Beginning April 1, 2024, we will meet at the North Huntsville Public Library for Tuesday group sessions. We will continue to offer group sessions on the 1st Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to noon at the Women's Pavilion.

Postpartum support group

Connect with and learn from other moms who can relate to the ups and downs of raising an infant. The meetings are facilitated by a licensed counselor who specializes in postpartum challenges and an experienced Mother-Baby nurse who can answer your questions.

A sharing time for children ages 3-18 who are grieving the death of a loved one. Groups are offered according to the age of the child in order to provide age-appropriate support. For more information please call (256) 650-1212 or visit Hospice Family Care.

A free wellness-oriented program to help women who have completed breast cancer treatment bridge their transition and live life to the fullest.

DETAILS

• Classes are held quarterly on Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks.
• The program offers information, encouragement and practical
  skill-building activities to help women be their best.
• Topics include exercise, nutrition, stress management, sexuality, beauty and fun!
• Your “new normal” can be better than you imagine!
